about
This song came to me immediately after a very powerful first meeting with a new friend and mentor, Dik. He shared much wisdom, Native American spirituality and consciousness about the consequences we face due to our lack of love and care for our Mother Earth. This is about the responsibility each of us has to love and care for each other, all forms of beings and our beloved Mother. Earth.
lyrics
Be good, be, good, be good
We have a choice, throughout the land
To use our voice, please understand
You can change things, you can make peace
It's in your heart, it's in your hands
Be good to Mother, be good to sister
Be good to brother, be good to other
Be good to Mother, be good to sister
Be good to brother, be good to other
You are the hope, you are the reason
You have the power, this is the season [for change...]
You are the light, the holy divine
You are the way, to a better time
Be good to Mother, be good to sister
Be good to brother, be good to other
Be good to Mother, be good to sister
Be good to brother, be good to other
You can do it, you can be it, you can live the change, yes you can
You can be the change
You can do it, you can be it, you can live the change, yes you can
You can be the change
Be good to Mother, be good to Mother
Be good to Mother, be good to Mother
Be good to Mother, be good to sister
Be good to brother, be good to other
Be good to Mother, there is no other
Be good to Mother, there is no other
Be good to Mother, there is no other
Be good to Mother, there is no other
Be good to Mother, be good to Mother
Be good to Mother, be good to Mother
